Michael Stanchev
CEO & Co-Founder, Revenue Strategy
Revenue & GTM leader across B2B SaaS and FinTech, with a track record of scaling ventures to over $20M in ARR and directly supporting founding teams in raising more than $50M in venture capital. Michael specializes in building the operational and revenue infrastructure required for Series-A readiness and partners closely with VCs on portfolio acceleration, having taken CEO and CRO roles in different SaaS and Fintech companies.
With a strong financial foundation, Michael graduated with honors from the American College of Thessaloniki and holds a degree in Finance from the College of Boston, Massachusetts. He is a European-certified investment advisor, holds a specialization in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School, and brings experience in AIF and Private Equity. Over his career, he has structured and mitigated deals exceeding $100M in private and venture capital.
Outside of work, Michael is a dedicated family man who enjoys traveling the world with his wife and daughter, playing golf, and skiing. A passionate advocate for animal rights, he actively supports related causes and charities.
Lazar Botusharov
Co-Founder & CTO
Product and AI engineering leader across B2B and B2C SaaS with a track record of shipping 100+ web platforms, mobile apps, and AI products from idea to market. Lazar has led cross-functional teams of 30–50 as a founder, fractional CTO, and hands-on advisor, moving companies through discovery → MVP → production with AI platform builds woven into the core. He specializes in translating complex requirements into reliable, scalable products and establishing the operating cadence that gets teams to launch and ready for the next round.
Lazar studied Business Computing at the American College of Thessaloniki. His work spans SaaS, FinTech, and consumer applications, with an emphasis on clear architecture, product quality, and measurable outcomes. At Revelion, he partners with founders and VCs to compress time-to-market, embed practical AI where it creates leverage, and deliver investor-calibrated products that scale.

Our model-agnostic Intelligence Hub powering agents and automations across product, GTM, CS, and ops. Orchestrates leading models like GPT, Claude, and Grok with the necessary guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and cost-controls required for enterprise use.
