Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of revelion.studio (the "website"), operated by Revelion LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Revelion", "we", "us"). Revelion Studio and RevelionAI are brands of Revelion LLC. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
The website is intended for founders, investors and organisations considering working with us.
2. Information on the website
The website describes Revelion Studio's services and RevelionAI, a product in development. It is general information. It is not an offer or a commitment to provide any service, feature or availability date, and it is not professional, financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do not rely on it as the basis for decisions without taking appropriate advice. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Some content is illustrative. Material marked EXAMPLE, including example dashboards and metrics, uses synthetic figures to show the kind of information we work with. It does not describe a client, a result, a target or a benchmark.
We may update, change or remove content at any time without notice.
3. RevelionAI
RevelionAI is in development. Descriptions of its functions and workflows describe what it is designed to do. Registering for early access does not create any obligation on either side.
4. Enquiries and early-access requests
You can send us an enquiry or an early-access request through the website. By submitting one, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share any information you include about other people or organisations.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or an agreement to provide services. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
Please do not send confidential information through our forms.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its content and design, and the Revelion, Revelion Studio, RevelionAI and REVAI names and marks belong to Revelion LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and share links to it for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or commercially use its content without our written permission, except as the law allows.
6. Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- use it unlawfully or for a fraudulent purpose;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its security features, including the security check on our forms;
- submit automated, bulk or misleading enquiries, or information you do not have the right to share; or
- introduce malicious code or disrupt the website's operation.
7. Third-party services and links
The website uses third-party services to operate, such as hosting and a security check when a form is submitted. Those providers are responsible for their own services. The website may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelion is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information and the technologies the website uses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
